A Peterborough man has been arrested after a woman was reportedly kidnapped at gunpoint early Saturday. Balowa, of Delves Way, was jailed for 12 years following a trial of conspiracy to kidnap, and De Jesus, of Lincoln Road was jailed for 10 years after admitting conspiracy to kidnap.
