CSI responded for photos and a canvas was conducted. They identified the subject. K9 Officer Pinola located the vehicle in the parking lot of the Bel Air grocery store occupied. Suspect was arrested. While on a call for service of a subject who had been walking on the roof of a building with what the comp believed was a handgun Officers observed a male riding a bike nearby who matched the description. Officers were able to locate surveillance footage in the area that captured the event and were able to get out vehicle information.
