Douglas Gissendaner's family said in a statement released Monday that he is the victim and Kelly Gissendaner received an appropriate sentence. The execution of the only woman on Georgia's death row was postponed late Monday because of a problem with the lethal-injection drugs. She was resentenced on June 10, 2011.
